STRAIN TRAITS
Details
Easy Sativa is a rare strain with mysterious origins. Its lineage is a mix of unknown sativas tracing their roots back to Southeast Asia, and the end-product is a 100% pure sativa hybrid hybrid. Its uplifting and cerebral high will excite all sativa lovers; Easy Sativa is superb for socializing, and its clear-headed, long-lasting effects make it an excellent medicinal strain.
A sweet and spicy smoke with honey-like notes, this is one for the cannabis connoisseurs. Chuck in its ease of cultivation and generous yields and Easy Sativa has it all. A wonderful outdoor strain that’s a truly rewarding grow.
Effects
Easy Sativa is a moderately potent strain with a THC content of around 15-18%. This strength perfectly complements its sativa leanings. The high comes on gradually, starting out uplifting before building to a state of complete euphoria. An enduring cerebral buzz is both energizing and motivational. Consequently, Easy Sativa is a perfect daytime strain. Its happy and enlivening nature makes it ideal for parties and socializing, while many users also find it a great source of inspiration.
Easy Sativa’s long-lasting effects and ability to leave users lucid also makes it a superb medicinal strain. It’s effective at combatting nausea, and its analgesic properties help to treat headaches, migraines and chronic pain. Its mood-elevating qualities can also be harnessed to treat anxiety and depression.
Growing
Easy Sativa is a hardy strain that loves the outdoors. It’s been specially developed to thrive outside in a range of climates — even in northern countries where conditions are less forgiving. Plants flower in 12-14 weeks and stretch by up to 50% during the flowering phase. For optimum results, time your grow to allow a vegetation period of at least two months and a mid-October harvest. But be certain to avoid any contact with frost as that will kill the plants.
Easy Sativa is famed for producing consistent results. Plants aren’t fussy feeders and their open bud-structure makes them highly mold-resistant. As such, it’s a perfect strain for newbies. It also offers sizable yields of 400-500 g/m2.
The only downside is that it can be unreliable if grown indoors. But plant it outside and you’ll be rewarded handsomely. It’s worth noting that plants grow tall, reaching heights of around 180-220cm. This means enhanced yields. But think carefully about where you plant this strain if discretion is important.
Appearance & Aroma
Easy Sativa produces plants befitting its name. Growing tall and Christmas-tree-shaped, they’re emblematic of pure landrace sativas. Long-fingered leaves are narrow and serrated, occasionally developing a dark-purple tint.
A plentiful yielder, this strain forms many kolas. Dense buds are large and heavy, often growing in irregular shapes. Vibrant green coloring is tinted by an abundance of resin as a sticky layer of trichomes coats the buds and gives them a pleasing sheen. Dark, rust-colored pistils poke through to provide some contrast.
As plants mature they emit a pleasant fruity aroma that’s underscored by notes of pine. Deep into the flowering phase, this is complemented by undertones of citrus and a faint hint of mint.
