Details
Winner of multiple cannabis cups, Power Plant fast became a Dutch coffee shop favourite. Highly stable and reliable, it has long been a go to strain for bumper yields, high sativa style THC and fast flowering. It's strong and clear uplifting high is partnered with a soft, smooth smoke.
Effects
Power Plant’s effects are legendary hence it has seen a long dominance in Dutch coffee shop culture. The first hit will leave you with a mild cerebral buzz but soon escalates into a full blown up head and body stone. Its clear high is long lasting and ideal for socialising and creativity. The very high THC levels are renowned for sending users on a strong and lasting euphoric journey.
Growing
Famed for its gigantic yields, 500-700g/m2 is easily possible. It's an ideal indoor or greenhouse variety but outdoors Mediterranean or subtropical climates will also yield superb results.Indoors flowering starts fast. After turning back the light cycle to 12 hours, flowers form plentifully within a week. Only 7-9 weeks are needed to harvest, making it one of the fastest Sativa dominant strains around. Its stability really makes it ideal for any grow setup and outdoors harvest will be mid September to mid October.
Appearance & Aroma
Plants will usually grow between 1-1.5m indoors and slightly bigger outdoors. Buds can be a huge 25 to 35cm long. It usually produces several very large central colas with smaller and more tightly packed nuggets in between and along side branches. Aroma starts citrusy and piney, both sweet and strong with hints of spice and skunk also present. Note some care may be needed in controlling its strong odour indoors.

Tasting Notes
On the first inhale pine and citrus will be evident. An earthy and somewhat spice aroma will follow with a slight skunk taste on the back of your mouth adding to the enjoyment of this very smooth smoke.
